Order Processing Time
Letterpress orders and other custom items are shipped within 3-4 weeks from final approval of proof. Boxed products ship within 3 days of order placement. During holiday season, the shipping time may be extended. If you absolutely need your order to arrive on or before a specific date please upgrade your shipping to an Overnight or Two-Day option. To ensure on-time arrival please call the studio in advance to confirm that we can get your order to you on time.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
Return Policy
Due to the customized nature of each Pickett's Press and Pickett's Papers products, we cannot accept returns.
Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to addresses within New York State are charged applicable sales tax.
